WEDNESDAY EVENINGS at LAC

Wednesday evening dinner and activities are filled with numerous opportunities for spiritual growth and service. Evenings begin with a meal at 5:15 PM in the gym. Buffet lines are open from 5:15-6:15 PM. Ministry opportunities begin at 6:30 PM starting September 8, 2021-December 15, 2021.



 

Wednesday Evening Dinner

Join us for a hot meal each Wednesday night at 5:15 PM. Suggested donations of $3 a person are welcomed but not required - everyone is welcome and no one will be turned away. Families who donate will be limited to $10 regardless of family size.  These donations cover the costs of the food and the servers are all volunteers.  If you are interested in joining a serving or cooking team, please click HERE to contact Pastor Joe.  The menu is posted online. Nursery

Nursery is provided for children from birth to age 4 in the City Park section of the Preschool Wing.  Join in for activities and learning environments designed for preschool children. Contact the church office with questions. Location: E, Rooms 2-4


LAC Kids

J.A.M. (Jesus and Me), which stands for Jesus and Me, is a dynamic group of kindergarten through 4th grade students who meet Wednesdays during the school year. During this time we sing songs, learn Biblical truths, memorize scripture, play games, and focus on discipleship in small groups.   For more information, click HERE to contact Liz Glanzer. LAC Uth (5-12 grades)

LAC Uth is a safe environment that assists in leading students to a relationship with Christ to engage in and experience His life-transforming work in our community and worldwide. 


Students in grades 5-12 have weekly opportunities to participate in age-appropriate, Christ-centered, and community-focused activities in an interactive setting that enables them to grow and mature in their faith while understanding who they are and what God desires for them.  To view our month-by-month calendar, click HERE.  Questions? LAC Men

Our program features Knights of the 21st Century. This dynamic program will feature fun activities, short teaching sessions, and times to connect in smaller groups as men. For more information and registration, click HERE.


LAC Women

Our kickoff meeting is September 8 in room D1 where we will celebrate the many ways you can get plugged in this year. Expect fellowship, games, information on LAC Women's Ministry including our Flourish  mentoring program and share stories of Christ's hands at work. 

Flourish, a mentoring journey will meet on September 15 and 22nd in room D1. During these weeks, we will focus on understanding mentoring women in the church. For more information on this program, click HERE. 


Noel Connell is leading the study "Elijah - Faith & Fire" by Priscilla Shirer. This study begins on September 29 in room D1 and concludes on December 1.


Prayer Meeting

Would you like to be a part of a prayer ministry that lifts up the needs of the church to the Lord?  Come and join others at 6:30pm for a time of prayer as they share current prayer request for our missionaries, church ministries and individuals throughout the community.  God is at work as they join together each week.  Location: D2 and online via Zoom. COST

A suggested donation of $3 per person or $10 per family is requested but not required if paying by cash. If paying by credit card, $4/person or $10 per family.

Meals are served buffet style from 5:15-6:15 PM in the gym. 


November 24 | No meal due to Thanksgiving


DECEMBER 2021 MENU

December 1 | Polish sausages with rolls and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes, green beans, and dessert.
December 8 | Chicken and veggies over rice, tossed salad, and dessert. 

December 15 | Pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni salad, tossed salad, and dessert.


No meals or activities on December 22 or 29 due to Christmas and New Year's.
