Ray Taylor, Connection & Worship Pastor

Ray currently resides in Lancaster, PA but is originally from Baltimore, MD. In the fall of 2001, he began attending Lancaster Bible College where he studied Pastoral Ministry and graduated with a B.S. in Biblical Studies. It was there that he met his wife, Erin, in the college's first gospel choir they started with a few other students. A year after graduating from Lancaster Bible College, he married Erin in 2007.

Shortly after, he took on the position as a deacon of music at New Life Christian Fellowship where he served for 6 1/2 years. The Lord led them to later serve the young adult ministry at Worship Center in Leola, PA. They volunteered as worship team core leaders for three years until their son Julian was born in 2019. Ray and Erin are devoted to and find great joy in raising their son.  They also spend time discipling young adults. It is a joy and blessing to use their home as a ministry. “Come as you are,” is a beloved phrase for the Taylor household. Ray loves reading, playing basketball, shooting pool, and spending quality time at home with Erin and Julian.

Dan McClary, Connections, Missions & Outreach Director

Dan grew up in Michigan, where he met his wife Jenny in high school. During their 36 years of marriage, Dan and Jenny have lived in Kentucky, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Dan is a teacher at heart who loves traveling the trail of learning and growth. He is energized by facilitating those activities for others who want to explore. He has recognized how moving out of known spaces and comfort zones in his own spiritual journey has been significant in transforming him. He also loves building bridges of connection and community. Dan and Jenny have been blessed with five children and three grandchildren. Their interests are spending time with family, walks, bike rides, traveling, reading, movies, and games.

Once she completed the program, she attended Lancaster Bible College where she received her B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Biblical Studies. Throughout her life, she has served in ministry in many capacities, such as camps, music, and youth.

During her senior year of college, she realized that she was not called to be a teacher, but she loved working with kids and ministry.  She is passionate about the gospel of Jesus and what it means to children. Sarah enjoys spending time with others, being outside, and playing music.
