Ray Taylor, Connection & Worship Pastor

Ray currently resides in Lancaster, PA but is originally from Baltimore, MD. In the fall of 2001, he began attending Lancaster Bible College where he studied Pastoral Ministry and graduated with a B.S. in Biblical Studies. It was there that he met his wife, Erin, in the college's first gospel choir they started with a few other students. A year after graduating from Lancaster Bible College, he married Erin in 2007.

Shortly after, he took on the position as a deacon of music at New Life Christian Fellowship where he served for 6 1/2 years. The Lord led them to later serve the young adult ministry at Worship Center in Leola, PA. They volunteered as worship team core leaders for three years until their son Julian was born in 2019. Ray and Erin are devoted to and find great joy in raising their son.  They also spend time discipling young adults. It is a joy and blessing to use their home as a ministry. “Come as you are,” is a beloved phrase for the Taylor household. Ray loves reading, playing basketball, shooting pool, and spending quality time at home with Erin and Julian.

She met her husband Kent at work, and they have been married for 41 years.  They have 4 grown children, and 7 grandchildren.

Mary has been in the bookkeeping/accounting field since she was 18, and just loves it. Of course, there was a slight detour when she was the administrator of a cemetery/crematorium.  But after a few years, she returned to the fun stuff- numbers!

Mary and her husband Kent are area reps with the CMA- Christian Motorcycle Association, and spend most of their free time out ministering to those in the motorcycle community.

She spends her spare time baking, knitting, reading, solving puzzles.

Mary is so excited to be part of the staff here at LAC.   She loves the way everyone is so genuinely friendly and work together, and is humbled and happy to be part of the ministry of the church.
