We've become aware through Church World Services in Lancaster, along with a team from LAC, led by Kendra Bradecich and Susan Mayer, that there is a refugee family arriving in Lancaster and are in need of assistance in settling them into the area. Here's how we can help! 

 

Requested donation items:

(8) bed pillows (new)(2) chest of drawers for bedrooms
(8) bath towel sets (new)(1) kitchen/dining table with (8) chairs
(1) set kitchen utensils (spatula, wooden spoon, knives, serving utensils)(2) end tables
(1) can opener(2) night stands
(2) saucepansChildren's books
(1) frying pan(1) small bookshelf
(2) baking dishes(3) waste baskets
(1) mixing bowl setCleaning supplies: Bucket, dish soap, bathroom/kitchen cleanser, sponges, cleaning rags, paper towels, laundry detergent, mop, broom, trash bags
(1) serving bowl setToiletries: Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, (8) toothbrushes, toothpaste
(3) lampsGift cards: Target, Walmart, Giant, Weis, Home Goods, Bed, Bath &  Beyond

 


Donations are due by the end of this week - Saturday, February 18 - and if the Lord is leading you to donate in this way, please reach out to Susan at outreach@lancastercma.org.


Donations will be received at Susan's home, not the church. Please connect with Susan for her address and a time/date for drop off.

Also moving help is needed on Saturday - young backs are appreciated - so, if you're available to help, please let the team know. If you have questions related to tax deductible donation receipts, please email outreach@lancastercma.org as LAC is not in a position to issue these receipts.

 

As an LAC church community, we desire to lead people to Jesus and His life-transforming work locally and around the world, and this is a great opportunity to show people Jesus' redemptive love for them.
