We're a dynamic, family church with people of all ages and from all walks of life who make up the LAC community.

FAQ'S

What time are your worship services?

We offer two services on Sundays. The early service is at 8:30 AM in the Theater and the later service is at 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary. In between the two services is Life Conversations gatherings that run from 9:45-10:30 AM. These gatherings are for all age levels and we invite you to grab refreshments in the lobby and then join in on a conversation that best fits your stage of life.

What happens during a worship service?

Our worship service is simply that - an act of worship to Jesus, our King, for His glory and encouragement of those who join us in-person and online. Our services blend hymns and contemporary worship songs. Because we value participation by many, you will discover a great deal of variety in our music. Our time of worship through God's Word seeks to make scripture understood and relevant to our daily lives. Our worship through song is an expression of God's truth that we value.

What should I wear?

Wear what you feel comfortable in!

Where are you located?

210 Pitney Road, Lancaster, PA (Need directions?)

What do you have for kids?

At LAC we love kids! We strive to provide a safe and loving care environment for all age groups during the worship service. Our nursery cares for children ages birth-2 years old. Children ages 3-5 are invited to attend our preschool children's church. LAC Kids (children in Kindergarten through grade 4) meet on the lower level of the building, engaging them to learn more about Jesus. All of our volunteers must submit to a mandatory background check. For more information, please click HERE

If you have kids in grades 5-12, there's something for them on Sundays at 9:45 AM and on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM. For more information, click HERE

What doors should I come in?

Most of our regular attenders use the doors on the East side of our building (facing Pitney Road) as they are closest to the church office, the Theater and some classrooms. The doors on the North side (facing Route 30) are closest to our main sanctuary. Our New Here area is easy to find in the main lobby along with our kids kiosk check-in area.

What can I expect when I arrive for the worship service?

Greeters and ushers are present to greet and assist you when you arrive. We offer our FREE refreshment service from 9:30-10:50 AM in the main lobby. If you'd like more information or have questions about our church, stop by the New Here area in the North lobby.

What if I have special needs?

Lancaster Alliance Church is delighted to serve you. You won't have to use any stairs to enter our church, make your way into the sanctuary, or attend a class. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance with automatic doors at the East Entrance. Our sanctuary has a sloped floor to provide easy visibility for those not in the front. Special seating is available for those in wheelchairs and hearing assistance devices may be obtained from an usher or at the sound booth.
