High School ministries at Lancaster Alliance Church helps students transition from their younger years into a deeper maturity with Christ. Whether building on the teachings of a heritage of Christianity or introducing basic Biblical doctrines to new believers or seekers, our goal is to build disciples of Christ during this critical time of maturity, growth, and decision-making.
Activities for High School Students:
WEDNESDAY EVENING @ 6:30 PM
Wednesday nights for High School throughout the year is focused on equipping and discipleship in a large group format. The study of scripture is a focal point. We also seek to build community among our students through games and worship.
SUNDAY MORNING @ 9 AM
HIGH SCHOOL DISCIPLESHIP CLASS
HSDC is a time students can come together to embark on a journey into God's Word before the Sunday service. The class is designed to promote interactive learning: it is way more than a lecture. The morning begins with a community time in which students can hang out with friends. The students will then be engaged in a time of study and exploration of God's Word. Students focus on fellowship, worship and biblical instruction.
