Janet Enck, Children's Ministries Associate

Janet Enck, along with her husband Doug, has been on staff since 1992. Janet graduated from the Ministerial Studies Program in the Christian & Missionary Alliance and currently acts as Kids World Associate, assisting Pastor Doug with the children's ministry. In addition to writing for our local church, Janet also assists in writing children's educational materials for the C&MA denomination. The Encks have a grown daughter with children of her own. Janet enjoys writing, travel and reading as many books as she can find.
Holly Tanner, Student Ministry Associate

Growing up in Northern New Jersey, Holly moved to the Lancaster area after graduating from Messiah College in 1987. It was during this time that she began to develop a real passion for working with teenagers. She had been a volunteer with the Student Ministry for nearly 5 years before moving into her role as Student Ministry Associate, where she assists the Student Ministries Pastor in the oversight of the High School and Middle School programs. Holly and her husband Rob have been married since 1986 and have one daughter, Sydney.
Patty Schappell, Director for Preschool Ministries

Dedicated to serving children as her mission field, Patty Schappell oversees the nurseries and preschool classrooms of Lancaster C&MA each week. A former elementary school teacher, Patty enjoys reading and bike riding with her husband, Joe, and their daughters, Rebecca and Laurel.
Karen Linton, Church Office Manager

Since 1992, Karen has been a part of the C&MA staff, serving wherever needed. Variety is definitely the spice of life when it comes to her work. She moved into her current role as full time secretary in January of 2002. Karen enjoys having a behind-the-scenes role in church. On the home front, three children-Chad, TJ, and Tara-keep Karen on her knees. She is dedicated to lifting up God's people in prayer.
Donna Sahrhage, Church Office Assistant

As a military wife Donna had to be flexible. That flexibility is what helps her as she assists in a variety of ways in the church office. She moved to Lancaster in 1997 when her husband Bill retired from the Air Force, she has the joy to be mom to 2 grown children Jillian and William. Being here in PA has been a gift to them all.
Mike Rankin, Building & Grounds Supervisor

Beginning in 1997, Mike Rankin has overseen the upkeep of the buildings and grounds here at Lancaster C&MA. In addition to his work at the church, he has served on a number of short-term missions trips, and enjoys woodworking and home remodeling in his spare time. He is also the director of our Angel Food ministry here at LAC. Mike and his wife, Kay, have married twin daughters, Monette and Michelle.
Sue Tordoff, Bookkeeper

Sue & family are native New Englanders who now reside in Lancaster. Sue has done bookkeeping work for many years and really enjoys it. Her husband Kevin, daughter Kaitlyn, and she are all very excited to be here and about this phase in their Christian walk."
Tracy Blough, Custodian

Tracy Blough began her ministry at Lancaster Alliance Church as a volunteer. She moved into the custodial staff position in 2007. She enjoys keeping the Lord's house tidy. Tracy enjoys caring for the little ones in Mothers of Preschoolers, Change of Pace child care ministries and thoroughly enjoys praising her Lord in the Worship Choir. Tracy is actively involved in the lives of her children, Jagger and Amilla. Tracy also cares for those who suffer with Alzheimer's disease. Tracy in her free time you will find her doing a myriad of things, camping, gardening, and enjoying her children's many activities.
